Requesting the Software Bundle

To request a software package from the Ribbon Support Portal:

  1. Open  .

      

  2. Click SERVICES > RIBBON SUPPORT PORTAL.

       

  3. Enter your Ribbon-provided credentials to log on to the portal.

       

  4. Click DOWNLOADS in the Ribbon Support Portal.

       

  5. Click Sonus > Select Software to open the Select Software dialog box. To determine the latest Software Bundle and the respective files, refer to the product Release Notes, and then perform the following:

    1. Select the desired product from the Product drop-down list.

    2. Select the product's operating system from the Operating System drop-down list.

       

  6. Click Request Download on the appropriate software bundle. This opens the Software Download Form.

       

  7. Complete thSoftware Download Form.

       

  8. Click I ACCEPT to accept the End-User License Agreement, and then click Submit

Acquiring the Software Bundle

Customer Support emails you when the bundle is ready to download. Click on the link in the email and then follow these steps:

  1. Open  .  
     

  2. Click SERVICES > RIBBON SUPPORT PORTAL.

  3. Enter your Ribbon-provided credentials to log on to the portal. 

  4. Click DOWNLOADS in the Ribbon Support Portal. 

  5. Click Downloads > Sonus > Download Requests. Click the appropriate Software Request ID

  6.  The Software Request Detail window opens. The window shows the bundle name and the components of the bundle. Click on the URL hypertext to download the software. 

  7. The browser redirects you to the following page and a pop-up window appears to save your file. If the pop-up window fails to appear, return to the Software Request Detail window, re-select the software and when the About Download Manager window opens, click the click here link to save your file.



  8. Save the software to your local PC or server.
