Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC) provides the ability to transition a voice call from the VoIP/IMS packet domain (LTE) to the legacy circuit domain. Variations of SRVCC are standardized to support both GSM/UMTS and CDMA 1x circuit domains. For an operator with a legacy cellular network, to deploy IMS/VoIP-based voice services in conjunction with the roll-out of an LTE network, SRVCC offers VoIP subscribers with coverage over a much larger area than would typically be available during the roll-out of a new network.

Use Srvcc parameter to configure SRVCC functionality. Zone - Srvcc is available to enable/disable EATF functionality for a zone.

To View and Edit Srvcc

From the EMA main screen, navigate to All > Global >  Signaling > Srvcc. The Srvcc window is displayed.

Request URI for a PS to PS optimized handover call. To identify a PS to PS transfer call, the configured value is compared with the userinfo part of the Request URI for the received INVITE messages.

The characters allowed in the Request URI for a PS to PS optimized handover call are as follows:

  • Upper and lower case English alphabets
  • Numbers from 0 to 9, both inclusive
  • Special characters:
    • +
    • -
    • .
    • (
    • )
Call Linger Timer1 - 32

Number of seconds to wait for INVITE due to STN_SR before clearing the call.

Click Save, to save the changes.
