Out of the box, the UX is configured primarily using a web browser via a web interface hosted on the UX system.

The UX Web Interface (WebUI) provides System Administrators with the following functionality:

Configuration

The WebUI provides a full range of configuration options to end-users. To list a few, the ability to configure IP interfaces, setting the telephony ports, configuring routes and digit manipulation, and managing Users and Groups.

System administrators managing multiple UX systems should consider using the UX REST API for quick and consistent configuration/deployment.

Monitoring

The WebUI provides real-time monitoring of channels, in-progress calls and system alarms.

Logging

The WebUI provides end-users the ability to access and finely tune the log settings from debug-level detail to critical messages only.

Management

On-going system management is handled through the WebUI, from changing the system settings, updating system licenses, to software upgrades and system restarts.

Start Using the WebUI

In order to configure UX after your have completed the Initial Setup process, you must use a compatible web browser to access the UX and configure it for your environment.
