The Sonus SBC 1000/2000 system is controlled by a "web application", and users interact with it through web browsers from any computer.

Sonus SBC 1000/2000 Client Software Requirements

Please read the Supported Platforms page for Sonus SBC 1000/2000, which lists the required server and client software supported by Sonus SBC 1000/2000 3.0.x, including:

  • Browsers
  • Devices (if you are connecting SIP end-points)
  • Application software (if you integrating Sonus SBC 1000/2000 with remote authentication systems)

Browser

  • If you have disabled JavaScript in your browser or are using a script blocking tool like NoScript, you must enable your browser to execute JavaScript to access Sonus SBC 1000/2000's core WebUI functionality.
  • If you have disabled pop-up's in your browser or are using a pop-up blocking software, you must configure your browser to allow popups to access Sonus SBC 1000/2000's core WebUI functionality
  • If you have disabled Java applets in your browser, you must enable your browser to execute Java applets. The applet is required for Monitoring Real Time Status on the Sonus SBC 1000/2000 system.
