In addition to the documentation, registered customers and partners are granted access to the Ribbon SBC Edge Solution Base. The solution base for SBC Edge includes problem/solution articles to various issues that may arise when deploying or operating the SBC Edge.

How to Access the SBC Edge Solution Base

To access the Ribbon SBC Edge Solution Base, you will need the following:

  • A valid entitlement or software maintenance for SBC Edge.
  • A valid Ribbon membership. If you have not already registered, please do so at Ribbon Support Portal.
