Not supported by SBC SWe Lite in this release.

The Operational Status view contains the following status panels (from left to right):

  1. Status - details the health and runtime status of the ASM.
  2. Windows Status - details the host Windows operating system (and the list of currently connected remote desktop users).
  3. Windows Update status - details when update packs need installing.
  4. Ribbon SBC Communication Service shows version and runtime details.
  5. The operational status and runtime details of the Lync Services - useful when Deploying the SBA (Survivable Branch Appliance):
    • Skype Server, Mediation Service
    • Skype Server, Front-End Service
    • SQL Service
    • Skype Server, Replication
    • QoE Counters
    • (For units with CCE) Office 365™ CCE Status

  • The Service Status field in the Ribbon SBC Communications Service panel reflects the communication service state between the ASM and the SBC. If the ASM is shut down, communication becomes unavailable; the Service Status field is then marked as Not Available.
  • The ASM Board Status reflects the electrical state of the ASM Board (Up or Down).
