Status Panel LEDs
This section describes the Status LEDs located on the front panel of the SBC 1000/2000 chassis. Overall, when all four Status LEDs are lit green, the system is powered up and is in good operating condition. See below for individual LED ranges. For more information about the error states of these LEDs, see Status Panel States and Actions.

1. Power Status LED
This status LED indicates the power conditions of the SBC 1000/2000 system. The normal state of this LED is on and green.
System is connected to proper power source.
|Off||System is not connected to power source.|
2. Alarms Status LED
This status LED indicates the alarm state of the SBC 1000/2000 system. The normal state of this LED is green, indicating there is no alarm.
For detailed information about alarm types, see Alarms and Events Reference.
|Off||Warning (indicates the lowest severity level of an alarm has occurred). |
3. Peer Node Status LED (Locator LED)
The Peer Node Status LED is also recognized as the Locator LED when configuring this option in the WEB GUI.
This status LED is green when the SBC 1000/2000 system is fully powered up. It is also used as a system locator LED for the SBC unit (the green blinking light helps network personnel easily locate the SBC in a rack with other equipment). Through the WEBUI, this LED can be turned off or made to blink once per second. See Configuring Host Information and DNS.
|Green||System is fully powered up.|
|Off||User Enabled option. LED is turned off through the LED Locator configuration option. See Configuring Host Information and DNS.|
|Blinking Green||User Enabled option. LED is turned to blinking green through the LED Locator configuration option. Light will blink once per second. See Configuring Host Information and DNS.|
4. Ready Status LED
This status LED indicates if the SBC 1000/2000 system is properly initialized. The normal state of this LED is on and green.
|Green||System is properly initialized.|
|Off||System is not properly initialized.|
Ethernet Port Status LEDs
This section describes the Ethernet Port Status LEDs located in the right and left corners of the Ethernet ports. See below for LED ranges.
