View Loop Start Channel Profile

At the directory tree, expand the Channel Profile Tables. Select the Default Loop Start profile.

Modify Loop Start Channel Profile

Either double-click on a line in the Channel Profile Table for a Loop Start type, or highlight a line and use the Edit... popup menu option to access the dialog box for a line in this table.

Ring Before Answer

Number of rings before answering when set to Loop Start-Subscriber

DTMF/MF Digit Level

Volume of DTMF tones generated, as a value in the range 1 to 32.

Start Type

Whether to use Wink Start or Immediate Start. Used for special cases only. Most users will need to configure either Subscriber (VX acts as the subscriber), or Exchange (VX acts as the exchange). For analog FXS, VX must be configured as Exchange.

Service Tones

Whether to play service tones such as Busy, Dial tone
Requires a tone table to be configured.

Inband Info Location

Whether to send Inband Information available on the Progress or Alert messages.

Idle Rx Bits

The bit patens used to recognize (rx) in the Idle state.

Seize RX Bits

The bit patens used to recognize (rx) in the Seize state.

Ring Rx Bits

The bit patens used to recognize (rx) in the Ring state.

Idle TX Bits

The bit patens used to generate (tx) in the Idle state.

Seize Tx Bits

The bit patens used to recognize (rx) in the Seize state.

Ring Tx bits

The bit patens used to generate (tx) in each of the Ring state.

Disconnect Rx Bits

Disconnect recognize bits are used only in special cases and only if Disconnect Supervision is enabled.

Disconnect Tx Bits

Disconnect generate bits are used only in special cases and only if Disconnect Supervision is enabled.

Disconnect Supervision

Disconnect bits are used only in special cases and only if Disconnect Supervision is enabled.

Interdigit Timeout

The time to wait between digits before timing out. Default is 500 ms

Immediate Start Delay

Number of milliseconds to wait before sending digits when using Immediate Start.
Default is 500 ms.

Time to Listen for First digit

10000ms

Idle Reset Delay

Time to wait at the end of a call before going on hook.
Default is 500 ms.

DigitOn Time

Time in milliseconds to play digit tones when dialing.
Default is 250ms.

DigitOff Time

Time in milliseconds between digits when dialing.
Default is 100 ms.

In Ring On Time

The maximum time that the ring current is expected to be on when VX is configured as subscriber in order to detect rings. (ms).

In Ring Off time

The maximum time that the ring current is expected to be off when VX is configured as subscriber in order to detect rings. (ms).

out Ring On Time

The time that ring current is on when VX is configured as exchange when ringing the subscriber line (ms).

Out Ring Off Time

The time that ring current is off when VX is configured as exchange when ringing the subscriber line (ms).

Voice Prompt Table

Select a table to use for MLPP voice prompts

Preemption Tones

Whether the channel should play preemption tones when clearing, or just clear the call.

Bit Debounce Time

Set the time in ms that bits must remain stable before they are processed (0=default).

On Hook Detect Delay (0=default)

Set the time in ms that bits must remain on hook before they are processed. This must be larger than the debounce time.

Off Hook Detect Delay (0-default)

Set the time in ms that bits must remain off hook before they are processed. This must be larger than the debounce time.

MLPP Precedence Ring On

Time in ms that the ring current is on during a precedence call ring

MLPP Precedence Ring Off

Time in ms that the ring current is off during a MLPP precedence call ring.

Disconnect Supervision

Pulse a special bit pattern on the line when in exchange mode to indicate to the subscriber that the call has cleared back. Support is limited, only used in special situations.
