Syntax of the show statistics command is:

Description

statistics

<port | channel specifier> | all

Shows statistics for a port or channel or all ports and channels
Ports or channels are specified as follows:

  • port <shelf#>:<card#>:<port#>
  • channel <shelf#>:<card#>:<port#>:<channel#>


Three types of statistics displays can be viewed using the show statistics command:

Displaying Hourly Statistics for a Specific Port

To show hourly statistics for a specific port, use the following command syntax:

show statistics port <shelf#>:<card#>:<port#>

An example of the resulting display is shown in See Detailed Hourly Statistics for a Port.

Hour

The hour to which the statistics relate

Total

The total number of calls for which call setup was executed

Answered

For inbound calls, the total number of calls which were received and successfully processed

Refused

The total number of inbound and outbound calls that were unable to be routed, rejected by another device, or otherwise not connected even through the equipment is operating correctly

Errored

For inbound and outbound channels, this field indicates the total number of calls that were not completed because of internal equipment or protocol errors
Errored calls indicate abnormal operation or malfunction of equipment.

CntTime

The cumulative total number of seconds that all calls were connected

IVRTime

The cumulative total number of seconds that IVR scripts were run for all calls

Displaying Statistics for a Range of Ports

To show statistics for a range of ports, use the following command syntax:

show statistics port <shelf#>:<card#>:all

Field

Description

Port

The port for which the statistics are being reported

Current Calls

The number of currently connected calls

Current IVR

The number of currently running IVR calls

Total Calls

The total number of calls since the last statistics reset

Total Answer

For inbound calls, the total number of calls which were received and successfully processed

Total Refuse

The total number of inbound and outbound calls that were unable to be routed, rejected by another device, or otherwise not connected even through the equipment is operating correctly

Total Error

For inbound and outbound channels, this field indicates the total number of calls that were not completed because of internal equipment or protocol errors
Errored calls indicate abnormal operation or malfunction of equipment.

Connect time

The cumulative total number of seconds that all calls were connected

IVR Time

The cumulative total number of seconds that IVR scripts ran

Displaying statistics for Specific Channel

To display statistics for a specific channel, use the following command syntax:

show statistics channel <slot#>:<shelf#>:<port#>:<channel#>|all
