VXbuilder presents an intuitive, structured, configuration and provisioning interface to the network installer and provides a single configuration utility for all aspects of system operation. VXbuilder supports remote provisioning through a forms-based, point-and-click GUI that can be used to configure all node parameters and tables, including IP Interfaces, PSTN, calling routes and signaling manipulation.
VXwatch is a management tool for real-time monitoring of VX alarms. VXwatch displays status and alarms for all channels and spans. Call details can also be viewed in real time. Multiple nodes can be monitored in the same window or in separate windows depending on user preference. Port and card status is reported graphically and channels are color coded to indicate their state. In addition, information on call parameters may be obtained by clicking on the active call and information on circuit parameters may be obtained by clicking on the interface.
VXgate is an integral part of the VX's resilient, distributed, and bandwidth-efficient architecture. VXgate provides a gateway between the VX network and external billing systems or clearing houses, and collects call detail records (CDR) from those systems.
